This accommodation is close to everything!

The view from our balcony was spectacular! We had a clear view of the mountains.

It would have been nice to have an elevator. We had to carry all our luggage up a few flight of stairs.

The host was very kind and welcoming. She gave us a tips and was always available. The apartment we got was clean and nicely furnished. There was a set of dishes/cutlery/pots. The location was perfect and close to the lift. We will definitely come back!

It was a great stay with amazing service. Staff members were replying very quickly to our inquiries, always ready to assist and to accommodate our requests (e.g. for additional towels etc.). The studio was extremely clean and although quite small, it had everything one might need for a comfortable stay.

Nice apartment in a very quiet area with sound proof windows. Owner was really kind and helpful. Cafes restaurants are very close.

A bit difficult to find. Navigation cannot find it. Beds are a bit used. Feather pillows and bedsheets would be favourable.

Great for family vacation in Austria

Everything was just perfect, we felt like at home. In the well equipped appartment with 2 bedrooms and balcony, we had a lot of space and comfort for the whole family. Free usage of the tourist buses for the hikes and access to the local swimming pool included for rainy days or evening relax. Beautiful surroundings with a lot of trip possibilities. Friendly and helpful owners. The wifi was very good and reliable in most of the rooms.

Next time better weather please ;-)

Einfaches Apartment in zentraler Lage

zentrale Lage, Skistall, Parkplatz, Bäcker in der Nähe

Beschreibung Budget-Zimmer stimmt, alles sehr minimalistisch, vor allem magere Küchenausstattung der Miniküche, zumindest Salzstreuer wäre super gewesen, keine Mülltrennung, Beleuchtung beim Bett fehlt.

Das Studio ist gut ausgestattet, sauber, ruhig gelegen und ideal für Reisende mit Bahn und Bus.

Die Eigentümer sind freundlich und hilfsbereit; Schlüssel-Übergabe und -Rückgabe funktionierten problemlos. Das Studio war mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt: Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr, etc. Das Apartmenthotel liegt gegenüber der Bus-Haltestelle "Filzmoos-Ortsmitte" - Endstation des Regionalbusses nach Filzmoos und zudem Haltestelle des lokalen Gratis-Bus-Systems für den Ort. Positiv zudem: die Gondelbahn auf dem Berg ist per Fuß leicht erreichbar.

Im Studio gab es eine Filterkaffeemaschine aber leider keine Espressomaschine - sorry für das Jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber ich liebe Espressi.

Functioneel en schoon maar kan een renovatie gebruiken.

De ligging is prima met uitzicht op de bergen en het appartement was erg schoon. De eigenaars zijn erg vriendelijk.

Het is allemaal wat gedateerd en zou gerenoveerd mogen worden.

Een heerlijke week gehad met een gezin met jonge kinderen.

Vriendelijk ontvangst, met direct informatie over de omgeving. Het appartement was erg netjes, voorzien van alle benodigde gemakken. De lokatie is perfect, direct gelegen aan de gondel naar boven. Vanuit daar leuke wandelroutes. Vanaf Filzmoos was het prima te rijden naar de Liechtenstein Klamm, Wagrain (met geweldige Erlebinsberg voor kinderen), Rittisberg. De Bachlalm is erg mooi, je kan er Murmeltiere spotten, als je in de ochtend of einde van de middag komt. In het dorp zelf zijn een goede supermarkt en een bakker op een paar minuutjes lopen. Genoeg restaurantjes zijn er ook. Wel even opletten, ze hebben allemaal op andere dagen Ruhetag. Reserveren is bij de meeste restaurants aangeraden.

De WiFi was niet altijd even sterk.
