No geral a estrutura do Hotel é boa, quarto confortável, boa localização e um bom custo benefício. O Hotel era um Ibis anteriormente, então manteve uma estrutura satisfatória!
Atendimento da equipe foi péssimo, desde o primeiro contato ao telefone. Na chegada tivemos problemas com a funcionária Viviane, que foi agiu de forma totalmente anti profissional, com soberba, achando que estava fazendo um favor para mim e minha família. Não voltaria nesse hotel só pelo péssimo atendimento prestado!!
