O tamanho dos quartos são incríveis, super espaçosos e confortável; Ducha maravilhosa e um bom café da manhã.

Longe do centro, mas ainda assim vale a pena.

The hotel has new and good facilities, is modern, and business oriented. Breakfast is good, bedroom is clean and new, bed (ordered king size) is excellent.

The management is very poor considering the excellent facilities. It all began with the reservarion staff, which could not locate our reservation by phone (they insisted looking by the name, instead of reservarion number as requested - the name could be either mine or my mother in law since we made reserved 2 rooms). And after reaching the reception, the problem took a while to be solved. Better training is requested. Also, the parking area next to the entrance, is somewhat irrational. They put some obstacles to form a straight line - so only one vehicle can arrive and unload the luggage at time - which is bad because if you are in the line you have o wait others to fully unload their luggage, and tou got stuck in the middle. Smart choice should be some free of line temporary parking spots, so each vehicle can park, load and unload independetly of others. Last, the checkout. They have no control, not a single report, of what we consumed (even though there were no great choices, only snacks and soft drinks). Lacks of transparency. We where charged for something that we were not sure, since they don’t have control of what was consumed. At the end, the facilities were good, but the staff lacks training and management were really bad, making the hole experience suboptimal. This kind of hotel deverves a bette management and better staff.
