We absolutely loved our stay, clean, lovely hosts and very private.

Lovely and secluded, everything we needed kitchen was fully equipped, bbq & fire pit along side the hot tub. Sweet treats on arrival, high end shower products and cleaning supplies were all to hand. The bedding and pillows were extremely comfortable. The hosts were so welcoming and nothing was to much trouble. Altho set in their home grounds it was extremely private.

Relaxing night away in the country side to unwind & recharge

Booked here for my partners 30th birthday after a busy weekend in London. It was the relaxing break we needed and made use of the hot tub to help us unwind. Hosts were friendly and attentive to ours needs, cake and decorations were set up on our arrival to make the birthday celebrations even more special.

No complaints and wish we could have stayed longer!

We loved the peacefulness and calm of the area with the church ringing it’s bell reminding you of a different time and the little place itself is like your very own little home , not like a hotel feeling it felt like a home which we found cozy and quiet , we loved it for the time we could stay.

Relaxing and a lovely location

The property was fantastic, lots of outdoor space which was ideal for our dog. Our hosts were so lovely and helpful. They made our stay stress free and relaxing. The hot tub was amazing! Will definitely be back thank you

Brilliant location

The owners were brilliant about contacting us before we travelled. Everything was spotlessly clean and we were made to feel really welcome as soon as we arrived. nothing was too much to ask the owners, really enjoyable stay.

Very good

Everything at the property was spot on, can't say a bad thing about claire or Rafe. There is a shop 30seconds walk from the property with everything you could want for self catering. The only downside was if you want to have a drink and go out for the evening, taxis are costly, Dereham was £50 round trip. I believe Norwich was slightly more. If you are happy to drive though, the location is spot on. We would recommend, and couldn't fault the property.

As mentioned, taxis are limited and not cheap due to location. Everything else was spot on, we would recommend the property though.

Secure garden perfect for our dogs

The garden was totally secure for our 2 dogs giving us piece of mind and them their freedom. The bed was super comfy, TV with Netflix and DVD's and the whole accommodation was lovely and warm. The jacuzzi was what attracted us to the accommodation and it did not disappoint!!
