TEN-Punat Apartments

Schöne Wohnung. 2 Terrassen. Relativ ruhig. Wlan war meist gut. Weitestgehend sauber. Bett war sehr bequem Relativ modern. Die Idee und Umsetzung vom Bett ist toll. Klimaanlage träge aber Kühlt Die Lage ist für die Stadt super. Man ist zu Fuß überall schnell. Bis zur nächsten ruhigen Bucht aber mindestens 2.5km zuFuß Vermieter Super freundlich!

Kein eigener Parkplatz. Parkplatz in der Stadt bekommen ist wie ein Lottogewinn. Keine Pfanne zum Braten Kühlschrank geht nur mit viel Kraft zu Wasserhahn Undicht Kleine Hunde können durch das Geländer fallen in der Wohnung

The apartment was nice, clean und quiet and one can see that the owners decorated it with love. The small house is really beautiful. I especially enjoyed the old stone walls which keep the apartment cold so that we did not need to use air conditioning and were really beautiful to look at. Above the apartment is another apartment with a balcony and terrace which seems to have a wonderful view to the seaside. There were other people but we didn't really see or hear them, so you really have your privacy and quiet time. The kitchen was equipped with the most necessary stuff and a huge selection of glasses. The apartment is located close to the seaside. You have to walk to the beach a few minutes along the port which is a really nice walk. We came with our dog and walking to the dog beach was a longer but also nice walk. You get a parking ticket from the owner which also allows you to park at the beaches in the area around Punat which was really nice! We enjoyed sitting at the little backyard or in the front of the house. The owner and his family were exceptionally friendly, he even spoke German with us and had some good recommendations which were really helpful when we arrived. We felt so welcome, also our dog! We had an amazing time in Punat and would absolutely recommend staying there!

The only thing that could be improved is the light-situation. By turning on the light, you turn on all the light which makes the room very bright. I would have liked to be able to turn on the cosy lights on the stone wall separately in the evening.

위치가 참 좋아요..! 전체적으로 청결했고 집도 너무 예뻐요! 에어컨 빵빵해서 머무는 동안 시원했습니다 주차장소도 제공받을 수 있었고, 주변 음식점들이 다들 맛있네요☺️ 휴가답게 편안하게 쉴 수 있었습니다 친절하게 대해주셔서 감사합니다

화장실에서 약간 냄새가 났어요..아쉽네요

Position

Not much clean, and the sofa bed was awful… hard like a wooden trave. If you’re more than two, I would not recommend this apartment at all.
