Quite far from the sea. It takes 20 minutes to walk there in the sun.

The apartment was clean and the host was exceptionally kind and friendly. The location was convenient and close to the conference venue we needed to visit.

The apartment was booked for my wife and me for 4 nights/5 days, but we only received 4 towels (2 per person), which was insufficient for the length of stay since towels don't dry properly when used daily and are needed for daily showers. The bedroom had no proper blankets or comforters - only thin covers. It's incorrect to assume this is adequate for everyone in September, especially for people who get cold easily. One night it was raining heavily, and having extra blankets available in the wardrobe would have been helpful. We had to go out and buy our own blanket to stay warm. The TV remote control was faulty - we could only change channels upward, not downward, and could only increase the volume, not decrease it. To go down channels or lower the volume, we had to get up and use the TV buttons directly. In the bathroom, the toilet seat was in very poor condition and came loose several times during our stay, requiring constant adjustment. In our opinion, this apartment is suitable for a night or two, but not for longer stays due to the issues mentioned above. With some attention to these details, this could be an excellent accommodation.
