The room is really cozy, clean and has a conditioner to regulate the temperature down or up if needed. The staff provides everything needed including towels, electro kettle and some snacks. The owner is very friendly and always ready to help, and hotel is 11 minutes away from the train station to Florence, so I would definitely recommend this hotel. In addition Signa is a very beautiful place.
Guests should take into account that there are no slippers provided and there is also no washing machine in the room.

The host Carlo was very attentive and accommodating! He offered to pick me up at the train station in the middle of the night, he was kind, always there if I had questions. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, clean fresh towels, a coffee machine and snacks. The decor of the bnb was very cozy and inviting as well. At night and in the mornings the place and the area are super quiet so it's perfect after an exhausting day in the city. I recommend anyone who visits Florence to stay there!
I liked everything. I have a tip for visitors who plan to spend their whole day in Florence. In the weekends, the trains between Signa and Florence are less frequent, an hour to an hour and a half gap, so plan your movements accordingly.

Nice room, nice host. Not far from the train station, but still an uphill hike. Restaurants and cafetarias closeby.
