Very friendly owner, he was very helpful. When we gave him a tip about a mirror in the room, he got us one immediately. At departure he brought us to the train station. The room was nice, it was a very quiet environment.

In the descriptions on Booking.com, we were told that we'll get toiletries. Apparently this was for only the first day. Every other accommodation that we went before, they asked you for roomcleaning every other day. But at this accommodation we only got our room cleaned once in two weeks.

Well equipped apartment - very friendly hosts

Beautiful leafy location with great views of the mountain from the property. The hosts were very friendly and the apartments were modern and well equipped. Highly recommended - not far from the centre and beaches.

Worth it

Host and his fam was everything. Took a good care of my stay: all the advices on hiking, beaches and places to see was great. Room had everything with a great view on the mountain. Great location for hiking/walking trails and 7 mins from the beach. Quite and nice stay.

It was really great. I never met so excellent hosts before.

The Folić family is very sociable, friendly and responsive. Dejan and Rado are always ready to help and ask if guests need something. They can do even more than described on Booking.com which is definitely pleasant.

Wi-Fi signal was poor in our room but it depends on location and it's not the thing we visited Sutomore for.

Kind and accommodating hosts

We arrived a bit earlier than expected but the host was polite and showed us to the property. The apartment itself wasn’t the cleanest and at the beginning we didn’t have towels. However, as soon as we checked in with them and asked them about it, they provided towels for us. 11/10 for the host and his mom, 7/10 for cleanliness. The property is located near the city center and near the beach. It has a parking lot and the terrace we had for our apartment was my favorite thing since it was spacious.

Everything was great; Dejan is a really nice host. You can ask him what to do and see in the country. The apartment was nice and clean and well-equipped. We spent some days there in september, so the neighbourhood wasn't crowded nor noisy (but it could be during the summer). Absolutely recommended! :)

Einfache Unterkunft mit top Lage und netten Details.

Die Unterkunft liegt ideal - der Hauptstrand und Buchtenstrände sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Positiv hervorzuheben sind der individuell regulierbare Boiler, gemütliche Betten, die schnelle Kommunikation des Gastgebers und das Vorhandensein einer Waschmaschine.

Allerdings entspricht die Adresse nicht den Fotos, da es sich um das Elternhaus des Gastgebers handelt. Die Unterkunft ist spartanisch eingerichtet, mit improvisierten Möbeln, die zusätzlich mit Schrauben gesichert sind. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr begrenzt, mit nur wenigen, teils beschädigten Messern. Insgesamt handelt es sich um eine basic Unterkunft mit guter Lage, aber verbesserungswürdiger Ausstattung.

Najlepsi ubytovatel, velmi ochotny, mily, ustretovy, vzdy pomohol s hocicim. Vyriesil nam transfer z letiska aj na letisko. Ubytovanie cistucke, za skvelu cenu, v primeranej vzdialenosti od plaze , kusok od obchodu a pekarne. Sutomore je krasne mestecko so super plazami , pacilo sa nam tam viac ako v nedalekom Bare.

Slabo vybavena kuchynka ale pri cenach miestnych potravin a jedal v restsuracii nam to ani nevadilo, jedavali sme vonku a zaklad kavu a ranajky sme si na izbe vedeli spravit. Vrzgajuce postele , bali sme sa otocit aby sme nepobudili spolubyvajucich ale nakoniec sme kazdu noc spali primerane.

Kényelmes elhelyezkedés, néhány kellemetlenséggel

Tiszta, tágas, aránylag jól felszerelt apartman, csendes környéken. Elhelyezkedése kiváló: mind a buszmegálló, mind a vasútállomás néhány perc sétára található, így remek kiindulópont a környék felfedezéséhez. A tulajdonos kedves, segítőkész, már érkezés előtt is jól lehet vele kommunikálni. A fuvarszervezése megbízhatóan és gördülékenyen zajlott.

Speciális diétám miatt előre jeleztem, hogy szükségem lenne kenyérpirítóra, de sajnos nem került bekészítésre. A mikrohullámú sütő is nagyon hiányzott, mivel a közeli üzletekben sokféle készétel kapható, de ezek felmelegítésére az apartmanban található rezsó nem alkalmas. Az ágyak matracai sajnos kényelmetlenek voltak, ami a pihenést megnehezítette. A wifi minősége kifejezetten rossz – nemcsak online munkához, de még alapvető használathoz (pl. túratervezés, menetrendek böngészése) sem volt megfelelő. Bár a tulajdonos online elérhető volt, örültünk volna, ha személyesen többször találkozunk vele és például figyelmeztetett volna rá, hogy ott-tartózkodásunk alatt nemzeti ünnep miatt két napig zárva lesznek a boltok – ez fontos információ lett volna előre.
