Proximity to beach (literally 300m). Somewhat quiet street. Spacious for a studio. Pleasantly kept cool even during summer. Has a dishwasher and tablets provided. Good size terrace.
No instructions about waste separation, no separate bins for separate recycling (plastics&metal, glass, paper, biological waste and non-recycables, nothing, just one non-labeled bin!). Uncomfortable bed. Window and blinds hard & tricky to open/close. At certain hours internet was slow. Apartment had a lightly unpleasant smell - mix of dampness and stale cigarette smoking in past. Yes, host allows to smoke inside even though there's a terrace! Cigarette smell unavoidably sticks to walls, furniture and fabrics.

Very nice modern apartment, kitchen equiped with everything we could think of. Location is great. Lots of place on the beaches so that it is not hard to find a quiet spot. Even more nice beaches are accessible by bicycle.
