Easy walk of seven minutes to the narrow beach below Grabar. Easy walk of 10 minutes to the centre of Cres. Easy street parking right by the accommodation. Nice new feel of the furnishings. Good partial view of the bay and the sea. Excellent air conditioning. Owner very responsive. All very clean. We could consider returning here in another season.

The hot water wasn't hot enough to clean pans so we had to boil water. It also made intimate washing with the hand shower less comfortable because the more you select the hot water the less pressure you get from the cold water. Maybe we are too spoilt or fussy so I can accept different views on this. Apparently nothing could be done to regulate it and the small boiler was locked. As with many accommodation rentals, cutlery and dishes can be in short supply, so we often had to take dirty things out of the dishwasher to clean them by hand. We could rarely reach a full dishwasher load. The owner said we could use the dishwasher all the time however. As there was a small heatwave, we could never eat lunch on the terrace so had to eat inside.

Appartamento comodo e confortevole, con tutti i servizi necessari per godersi a pieno le bellezze dell'isola. Posto auto privato, balconcino per cenare all'aperto, aria condizionata e la struttura è a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro della città che da sul mare.

L'unica pecca che posso segnalare probabilmente colpirebbe solo un italiano. Purtroppo tra i vari utensili della cucina non era presente una moka, quindi non era possibile preparare un caffè all'italiana in casa

Good location, it was close to city centre. Air conditioning. It was quite area.

WiFi signal was very poor. Uncomfortable bed and sofa. Smell from the bathroom in the mornings was really bad. Smell from old furniture even though windows were opened. Upon arrival we didn’t receive blankets or anything to cover ourselves during the night. Floor was dirty. Overall, value for money is disappointing, it’s overpriced.
