The apartment, location and pool were great.

A number of lights were blown. We had to replace 4 bulbs during the stay.

The great thing about this apartment is the modern building this apartment is in along with it's location. But the apartment itself needs to be renovated and cleaned. The complex had a gym, pool and cafes, which made it really comfortable.

There was quite a bit that caused a lot of disruption for us, keep in mind we stayed at this property for close to 3 weeks and there were not many that offered this duration offerings hence why we kept our stay at this place. 1. The carlot and carpark are hard to get to, the instructions needs to be clearer when you collect your keys 2. The apartment was dusty, clearly no one had stayed there in a while. So, it would have been good to clean it up prior to someone arriving. My wife and I spent our first day cleaning up the apartment 3. The toilet flush malfunctioned causing water to keep flowing through, again clearly no one had been here in a while so even the water pressure wasn't right in the toilet. Initially, they said they could do nothing, but upon asking for a refund they moved us to another apartment a few floors down. This different apartment was much much better. It was modern, clean and at the same price! Immediate regret.
