Stylish 2-Bed Camperdown Apartment with Balcony

The location was great. The apartment was nice

Only one key provided. Not enough! The main TV did not work with Netflix or YouTube. Raised it with the owners and they only gave lip service to it and did nothing :( The rangehood switch could not be found. No normal tea and coffee provided, and only a small long life extra lite milk provided. Not nice after a long trip! No air conditioning in the bedrooms. The ensuite needed better cleaning

Location, overall size and layout, parking, plenty of utensils etc

There was an issue with hot water access to kitchen and no plug for kitchen sink. There was also no aircon in bedrooms

The apartment was accessible by a lockbox which came with clear instructions. Once inside the apartment was spacious and clean. Small grocery store and coffee shop on the doorstep.

Every other stay we had across Australia offered complimentary tea & coffee. This apartment had 1 teabag in the caddy, I expected at least 4 being an apartment for 4. It had 2 cartons of milk and coffee beans with no coffee machine for beans! We had a 5 day stay with one towel each and one tea towel and no linen change. We ended up washing towels every couple of days, not how I would really like to spend my holiday. Also only one bin bag in the kitchen bin and expected to put out the bins but there was nothing to put back in the bin. The location was out of the way in hindsight, it was a 20 min walk to Newtown station, spent more than anticipated on Ubers getting to and from the city. The hair dryer (listed as a facility) was missing on arrival, I contacted the host for help, was advised it was in the cupboard and sent a photo, the photo was a picture of an alarm clock. Huge faff but we had to run out to KMart as 3 of us were showered for a dinner reservation, with long hair and no dryer. Lots of photos requested, evidence of empty drawers etc. We bought and paid for a dryer and spent a week trying to get approval for reimbursement which arrived the day of our departure - huge faff that lasted all week. The lounge TV must of have had a automatic switch off or was faulty. After 6pm daily the TV would not work, we did an extensive search through the settings, all timers were double checked and nothing changed the auto switch off. A TV wasn't a deal breaker, however after a long day out its sometimes nice to unwind with a bit of TV.
