#1 Location, located right off of US 31 easy on and off highway, just 1/2 mile from the traffic light in Interlochen!
#2 Self check in we have a keypad lock no keys required for entry.

#4 The unit is air conditioned for those warm summer days.

Here are 3 things to consider before renting.
#1 NO PARTIES are permitted in our apartment or on our property at any time during your stay.
#2 Our condo is nice but its not perfect for all people, even though we have put lots of effort into this place there are always small what seem like trivial issues to most that really upset others such as, there is no dishwasher, located right off of US 31, potenial for road noise.
#3 We ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. We expect our Guests to be quiet after 11:00 PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a resident, you should love your stay.
#4 We have a Smart TV with NO cable, we have a Antenna which provides 12 channels like ABC NBC CBS etc all in 4K, we also provide a Netflix subscription with endless viewing options.

The Overlook is located in Interlochen right off US 31, the center point of activities in the Traverse region.
The Overlook features a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the essentials such as microwave,pots & pans, coffee maker, Coffee, Creamer, Sugar, toaster, blender,slow cooker and your basic kitchen items to cook a nice meal.
This is a 1 bedroom unit with a queen size bed the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa & all the linens you will need. 55” HD TV, 100+MBPS WIFI . The bathroom has a full size tub/shower,hair dryer. iron/ board and a washer & dryer to take care of your laundry needs.
Because of the close proximity to The Interlochen Center for the Arts just maybe you could catch a amazing concert while in our area. In the event you are not aware of the Academy, we highly recommend you do a search,

We needed a place to sleep for an out-of-town wedding. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet with ample parking.We loved the location, the view, the property in general. We wished we'd had more time to enjoy the place.Jeff communicated everything clearly and was always prompt and courteous in his reponses.We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful place. Very clean, well furnished, great views of the pond. The location was perfectly placed to visit many places in the area without being caught up in the hustle and bustle of the city. We would very much like to stay here again and recommend it to others for consideration.
