The things you MAY NOT love about the Picasso Place
#1 This is a Condo, however we own the building, each place has a separate outside entrance and the entire place is dedicated to vacation travelers.
#2 We are located right off US 31, so yes there is some road noise however while inside the unit it is negligible. Here is what one guest had to say "Great spot to stay, and very tastefully done! I know Jeff said it's right on the highway, but the Condo is pretty well insulated and we didn't notice road noises hardly at all.

Here are 3 Things to consider before renting.
#1 No parties are permitted in our place or on our property at any time during your stay.
#2 Our place is nice but its not perfect for all people, even though we have put lots of effort into this place there are always small what seem like trivial issues to most that upset others such as, there is no dishwasher, located right off of US 31, potenial for road noise.
#3 We ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. We expect our
Guests to be quiet after 11:00PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a resident, you should love your
stay.
#4 We have a Smart TV with NO cable, we have a Antenna which provides 12 channels like ABC NBC CBS etc all in 4K, we also provide a Netflix subscription with endless viewing options.
Now that this is clear, let's get to the description of the place!

Picasso Place is located in Interlochen the center point of activities in the Traverse region.

We have a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the essentials such as microwave, pots,pans,coffee maker,toaster,blender, slow cooker and your basic kitchen items to cook a nice meal.
This is a 1 bedroom unit with a queen size bed, the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa & all the linens you will need. 42” Smart TV, Netflix, ultra fast 5G WIFI . The bathroom has a full size tub, hair dryer, iron & board and washer & dryer so you can take care of your laundry needs. We also has a deck area for your use.

Because of the close proximity to The Interlochen Center for the Arts and the fact we have many guests with connections to the Arts Academy we have chosen a "Arts Theme" aka "Picasso Place", with this unit. All of the art work in this unit are reprints of Pablo Picasso, and provide a very unique environment for your stay. In the event you are not aware of the Academy we highly recommend you do a search, just maybe you could catch a amazing concert while in our area.
