The Secret Villas

Both villas were in a very central location, close to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was fairly average—probably fine once, but after that, it’s better to go out, as there are plenty of nearby restaurants serving amazing food.

I would have appreciated being welcomed with a drink on arrival, as is common in many other villas, and having the payment process completed after checking into the rooms. While the staff at the villa were very nice, the check-in process itself felt a bit rushed and somewhat overwhelming.

The location and facilities as well as the peace and quiet.

Only some small issues which I raised with the clean/maintenance and guest reservation staff, which were: Some loose and fractured ceramic tiles in the pool. Window frame loose in master bedroom bathroom. I worked with the staff to temporarily rectify the window frame so the window could be closed and locked. Also need to have contract change to introduce credit card use for damage protection waiver agreement without need for disclosure of credit card details in written form.

Meget mørke i soveværelserne. Der var ikke noget varmt vand i bruserne og i vandhanerne. Pool lys og have/bed lys virkede ikke.
