The apartment was wonderful – we stayed in a 2 stairs unit, which was very convenient since I was traveling with a friend. It had a kitchen and everything we needed, a lovely balcony, a sofa, and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious, and there’s a washing machine available on the property, though you need to arrange laundry in advance. There is a swimming pool on the property.

The only downside is that the apartment is located on a hill, and it takes at least 20 minutes to walk down to the beach. Walking back up, of course, takes a bit longer. The apartment is near the central beach, but unfortunately, that beach is quite dirty – we’d recommend choosing other beaches, which are easy to reach by taxi or if you have your own transportation.

One of the best apartments we ever stayed!

We really enjoyed our stay at Belvedere Apartments. The owner was very friendly, apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean, beds were really comfortable and there were amazing mountain views from the balcony. Also, the location was perfect - the area was peaceful and silent and it was still close to the city centre (around 15 minutes to the old town). In addition, cute owner’s golden retriever was a lovely surprise for us and was keeping us in an excellent mode everyday! :)

It wasn’t a disadvantage for us, but people with walking disabilities or worse condition may find it difficult to get from the city centre to the apartment as you need to walk around 10-15 minutes uphill

Nice stay and value for money but if the pool had been able to be used it would be alot better.

Lovely apartment with plenty of space and a nice view.

Had a number of issues with the wifi but the hosts were able to fix these. Very disappointed that the pool was very dirty upon arrival (unsuitable to swim in) and then halfway through our stay it was completely emptied for cleaning and was not refilled. The pool was a big drawcard and we couldn't use it at all. Location is a 15minute walk up steep hills so make sure you are mobile.

Very good location, quiet, walking distance to beautiful old town. Ulcinj is loud town, but in Belvedere apartment you will feel like in village with forest around and sea view from balcony. Big bonus is smimming pool and a lot of parking space. Studio apartment is nice, clean, modern and quite compact. Just enough for 2 people, but not more. I recommend this place and I would choose it again.

Exceptional place in a calm and quiet area of the Ulcinj, nice romantic view on the sea and sunset from the apartman terrace and lots of green around for your eyes. While at walking distance to a rush of Ulcinj Old Town and Small Beach at the same time. Strategically placed apartments to avoid city centre traffic jams when going daily to the Large Beach (Velika Plaża) or Kristal beach (a small beach Bali or Maldives like). Perfectly and modern way equipped apartment, everything pretty clean, parking place inside, beautiful large and well maintained pool. Everything 10 out of 10. Special thanks belongs to host Ernad and his wife. They were extraordinary nice and helpful making our stay very pleasant. We have enjoyed our vacation and I do strongly recommend Belvedere Apartments and its family to anyone, especially to Czech and Slovak people who have not yet discovered Montenegro.

Simply excellente

As the first, I would like to point out a wonderful man as the owner of the house. The owner is ready to help with anything you might need. The apartment is super nice and clean. The location of the apartment is lucid at the edge of the forest. The view is wonderful because you can see both the wooded landscape and the sea. For everyone who would like to spend their vacation in a peaceful and beautiful environment. In front of the house is a large terrace with deckchairs and a swimming pool, which is well taken care of, as it is very clean. The owner has a very nice and friendly dog Elvi, who loves to steal sandals 😂🙂 Apartment 10/10 p.s. Ernad, thank you for the towel 😊

good place for a families with a kids

The best thing here was a pool, and calmness’s even though city was a bit noisy. Host was very friendly and open, indicated us the best beach near by. Good location if you don’t like crowds and loud music etc. Another great things was a balcony with a mosquitieres and amazing view on the olives trees and sea.

Apartment was very small even for a couple, I was picking it because size was indicated for 27m but definitely it’s not even with the balcony- which is kitchen as well. We were missing a place where we can put cosmetics in bathroom or where to place a wet dishes in the “kitchen”, in room not necessarily there was a sofa for a kid that was taking a lot of free space.

unfortunately it wasn’t 27 meters apartment, it was a small room with a kitchen on the balcony, pictures in the internet are missliding. I was staying already in 27 small apartment but this one was definitelly not that size, there was as well no washing machine in the apartment but there was such info in the advert.

A simple and clean room centrally located while being close to nature

I like that the host was friendly and the room is located centrally - old town in 10 mins or less and 15 mins to main town or less by foot. Yet it feels like you’re far away from the city noise as it’s up on a hill. Oh yes, the view is quite nice as it overseas the mountains and a small portion of the sea. And everything is clean and in working condition. Definitely value for money!

If you’re not so fit or not keen on walking, without a car would definitely feel like a (15min ) hike up to the apartment. So that would be the only challenge I see. For me, it was great to get a little workout in nevertheless :)

Stunning views near the City

Perfect place for a holiday in Ulcinj. The appartment is located 15 minutes of walk from the city center. The neighbourhood is quiet and easy to get to. The best part of the place is the stunning views at the mountain and the nice pool. Very friendly host. Highly recommend this place!

Ok je, ali puno stvari koje su nam zasmetale, na kraju smo se snasli.

Klima ne puse direkno u krevet nego je sakrivena tako da je to super, okolo je suma poprilicno je mirno.

U wcu nas je docekao ustajali urin, kao i neka masnoca po balkonu. rad mozete samo autom jer je poprilicno udaljeno. Jako malo mjesta za parking. sobe su manje nego izgledaju na slikama i promaha je veliki problem.

Příjemná rodinná dovolená

Prostorný apartmán na klidném místě, výhled na moře, velká soukromá terasa, bazén. Milý a komunikativní hostitel i jeho rodina, zejména pes Belvi, se kterým jsme se spřátelili a vždy nás vítal. Strávili jsme tu dva týdny a myslím, že se sem určitě ještě vrátíme.

V apartmánu je vlhko a v koupelně se množily mušky, ale to odpovídá lokalitě, podnebí, počasí atd. Bylo tam čisto, ale některé věci by chtěly doladit, například opatlaná okna z obou stran, mušky na oknech nebo za závěsy... Ale nic velkého, opravdu příjemný pobyt, nadstandardní podmínky vzhledem k místu a mentalitě ;)

Als je niet bang bent voor insecten is het prima.

Uitzicht was mooi en mooi zwembad. Personeel doet ook zijn best!

Voor mij persoonlijk zou ik hier niet meer heen gaan, als je bang bent voor insecten is dit echt een afrader. Zoals de eigenaar zelf zei ze zitten naast een bos dus dat kan gebeuren maar ik vind dat zelf niet oké. Er was zelfs een kakkerlak in de badkamer en nog meer insecten die in de nacht daar rondlopen. Wij zijn dan ook een nacht eerder weggegaan ondanks dat de eigenaar aanbood het insect weg te halen, het was voor mij gewoon echt niet te doen omdat ik de badkamer niet meer in durfde.

Nur ein Zimmer und damit kein richtiges Appartment (Küche/Wohnen+Schlafzimmer+Bad) wie in Booking angepriesen / Keine voll ausgestattete Küche (Spülbecken am Balkon nur mit kaltem Wasser, nur eine Kochplatte, kein Herd oder Mikrowelle) / Nur ein Tisch am Balkon / Keine Ablage im Bad oberhalb Waschbecken / Keine Möglichkeit, den Duschkopf an der Wand aufzuhängen, um beim Duschen beide Hände freizuhaben / Auflagen der Liegen am Pool dreckig / Keine vernünftige Bettdecke, sondern nur Wolldecke und Laken / Höhenunterschied Appartment-Strand ca. 300m, deshalb immer verschwitzt ins Appartment zurückgekommen (Strandbesuch oder Abendessen) / Boiler-Heizung auch für eigenes App. und Nachbar-App. im Zimmer (abends ausschalten, morgens einschalten, weil sonst Dauergeräusch vom Aufheizen im eigenen App.)
