Our apartment stay in Dingle

The size

Location near a vegetable shop which was smelly especially at the entrance to the apartment, there were constantly boxes and vans nearby blocking our entrance. The stink inside the front door and on the stairs was unbelievably nauseating. I would not recommend it as a relaxing stay.

Great Location in the Centre of Dingle

Right in the centre of Dingle. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, and pubs that have traditional Irish music. Free parking was provided. The unit was quite large, with a kitchen/living room area, and a separate bedroom.

We didnt receive info regarding gaining access to the apartment prior to arrival, making check in a little difficult. Once we got in contact with the host, this was rectified.

Nice spacious apartment in a great location

It was up 2 flights of stairs with that was not wheelchair friendly. It was above a vegetable shop that had a very bad smell in the hallway. The main door was flimsy that when anyone moved outside the door shook making it sound like there was someone trying to get in. In 2025, not having wifi is unacceptable

Lovely apartment

A large well decorated apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Everything was spotlessly clean. Very central location.

There was some early morning noise outside the bedroom window from the An Post depot behind. It would also benefit from some blackout curtains. The mattress was very firm. Just my personal opinion, but I didn't sleep well. There is a step coming out of the bathroom which is a serious trip hazard. The water in the bathroom tap is so hot that I couldn't use it!

Very poor communication from the host some good and bad things.

The location was good the apartment was clean enough, good value for money.

The collection of the keys was bizarre. We waited and asked several people where number 8 orchard lane was and received an email after we arrived telling us the code and a lockbox opened with the keys. I left 2 messages for the host on May 22nd and 23rd and on the day we arrived. No answer or call back. Later on when we got into the apartment she sent us a message to see if we got in. The communication was very bad and could have been sent to us prior to our stay. Bed was too hard and uncomfortable same with pillows, tv remote batteries were low and stopped working. The milk left in the fridge was out of date since December 2024. Noisy the walls and ceiling were very thin we could hear other people talking upstairs and outside, also them using the toilet and walking about. The front door when the drought from the main door was opened our apartment door started shaking. Hair found under duvet in the bed !! No WiFi.

It was very easy to find the appartment and keys. There was no hassle. Also its the perfect location

The only thing I could fault is the pull out bed isn't very comfortable. But maybe that's to be expected with a pull out bed. Everything else was perfect.

Living areas very dark, easily remedied with bright paint colours and clear light shades. Could also do with a couple small saucepans and few larger cereal bowls. And maybe 2 towels each for a 4 night stay. Nothing major.

Highly recommended

We took two apartments together and were really impressed with the size, quality and value for money. They were spacious, spotless and had a very high standard of decor which added to our comfort. Treasa was lovely to deal with too. She kept communication open, friendly and helpful and we needed nothing. Parking was great too. Everyone was really happy, thank you

Excellent location...but no hot water for showers

Location was great and parking was good. Plenty of space in the apartment and it was very clean. Close to all shops and restaurants.

No hot water for the 2 nights we stayed here... First morning we thought it might be that hot water was used up with people having showers in other apartment but when it happened second morning it was extremely disappointing..
