Good communication beforehand Great location - central yet quiet. Well provisioned with tea / coffee / milk etc. Clear directions for parking and key lock box . All very clean

No breakfast included as such but coffee machine, snacks and fridge available and recommendations for a great Coffee Shop next door! Also tips on other good places to eat.
