We stayed in the hostel, which was very quiet and relaxing. The staff were helpful and kind. The rooms were clean, the kitchen kept clean and the hummingbirds and butterflies a pure delight xx

We stayed at the Venecia hostel and liked everything about it. The place was charming and we felt right at home. The hostel staff was so friendly and helpful all the time. The patacones workshop we did with them was our highlight. The place is calm and serene, perfect to hang back in a hammock, drink coffee and relax. They serve a very good breakfast. Unfortunately you can’t have dinner at the coffee lodge, only lunch. But the little shop has the basics (nothing refrigerated though).
When booking on booking.com it was a little difficult to see at which property (hostel or hotel) you are actually booking a room. Also it would be great if they had little hooks in the ceiling of the rooms to make installing mosquito nets easier.
