Only some staff good water is free but when I want to take one they told bottle not free how come Next while I take shower water leaking I told staff make check in on time I gave her book and my information I came from out nobody prepare my room yet

Ibis Sharjah Experience

The place was in a good location, the staff was very mannerful and helpful, place was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast buffet was okay not the greatest, prices per night were a bit pricey but I just came at peak season.

1- No car service. 2- No porter service. 3- The TV doesn't work (I filed a complaint, and no one came to fix it the next day). 4- No wardrobe. 5- No prayer mat.

Budget friendly, but not for light sleepers.

Great breakfast. Good location (I could walk to several of the tourist/historical sites). Friendly and helpful staff. Good price point.

The room was noisy! The A/C was so loud I had to turn it off. And then the sound insulation from the neighbouring room was so poor it was like they were in with me. To be fair, they weren't being overly loud (just chatting and watching TV), but until 3am. This is not a room for light sleepers. The shower was also one of those annoying kinds that ends up flooding the whole room.

Did not expect to see a cockroach in ibis styles

Room was clean and comfy bed.

I saw a cockroach in the bathroom soon i checked in the room. Went to the reception showed them photo. They gave me a different room with complimentory drinks. Indian or pakistani Lady at breakfast was not nice. I had some food left in plate when she came to pick up, she said you did not finish this. I will pack it for you to take with you. I find it very rude. Her job is to pick up dishes not to act like a mother to customers.

Only downside in cleanliness is the smell of the AC and the sound of it. In 38 degrees not possible to turn off.

position of the hotel is ok (not far from bus terminal, close supermarkets

room/wall could not keep sound ;hear people out side talking . that woke me up in the night 😞. i tried to ask for a reciept/invioce as a normal form/many times to tell but the desk staff did not like to give it to me that was very wonder what s happen (normally this thing is a normal process to do for guest?// first ; they gave me only small peper-short receipt)

I always booked in Ibis Hotel both Dubai and Sharjah. Staff is friendly and professional. Most specially they always grant my request for late checked out 😀. The price is worth it to stay and not that expensive.

Before there is a complimentary coffee in the room but now needs to go down in their cafeteria to get a complimentary coffee.

All staff were very freindly and professional. Breakfast was excellent. Clean propeory. Free parking with open access 7/24. For certain aspects 4 or 5 star experience for a hotel rated and priced as 3 star.
