Great stay could be perfect if some issue fixed

The stay is on the middle of a hill, so you will have to drive up a bit which was a positive thing for us since we had a beautiful view with cooler air (summer could be really hot some days). 1.First of all the star of the show is the lady host shes very kind and flexible made our stay as comfort as it gets. 2. 3 bedroom with bathroom in each bedroom, so its very nice plus. 3. Nice balconies. 4. parking space. 5. Very convenience location, many supermarkets, gas station, atms.

Its small things hop the lovely lady host could fix it as its going to make the stay much easier. 1. The fridge we had an issue with the fridge as it was almost hot, need to be fixed. 2. Insects issue as its in greenery area, but need more protectors at windows. 3. Towels are old need new sets. Those things are most important hop its going to be considered by host.

Perfect for friends or families

Huge apartmant in a beautiful surroundings. Very nice host, helps with everything you need. We rented all the three apartments, which are in the same building and in this way we were able to reach eachother in a flip flop. Childrens loved the garden also.

As always, everything was perfect.

We were there for the 4th time and as usual everything was perfect. We were there during Easter and the host was so kind to surprise us with chocolate bunnies and eggs for kids and bottle of wine from their winery. As the apartment is located on the top of the hill, you have excellent view down to the valley. If you are in obervellach with kids, don't forget to stop in Motorik park and pools.

The towels are bit rough, but we are always having ours and it's nothing what could distract you from the stay.

Very nice host, great view, big bedrooms and huge livingsroom. Available parking place in front of the house. Love the washing machine in the kitchen. Thank you.

We were there in December when there was no snow on the road. As the accomodation is located in the steep hill I would be worried to drive the car during snowy winter on one lane road. Would doublecheck it with the host before arrival. But when you get up there, you cannot find better view to the mountains and the town below. you will love it.

Every room has its own bathroom, so it is more like a comfy hotel, where you can meet in the living room and cook in the kitchen. The view is just amazing.

Google maps will send you the wrong way, however, the owner informed us ahead of the issue so we arrived safely. So it is google issue :)

Equipment of the apartment - everything we needed was there: pan, toaster, coffee machine, hair dryer... We especially liked 2 bathrooms, for 4 adults was very comfortable.

Arrival way must be an adventure during winter (quite narrow). In summer no issues :)

Fantastic view with kind host family

It ws beautiful view for surrounding mountain. The house wife was so kind, she helped me if we had any question or problem. She could talk to Hungarian, which made us amused. Rooms were clean and there were enogh space for supplementary beds excluded normal beds in rooms. We rarely experienced in Austrian accomodations that there was dishwasher (good point). Each rooms have own bathroom, it's comfortable to pairs and for families as well.

It's little bit difficult to park around house.

This is an extremely well equipped and clean apartment. Good for skiing, hiking or just relaxing. Every room has a balcony with breathtaking view to the valley and the mountains. The staff is also friendly.

Winter vacation

The appattment is huge,with a lot of space and clean. The owners are very nice and accomodating people. The view is outstanding. Nice place for a summer vacation.

For winter you need to drive to whatever activity you want to do or to see. Is nothing around. The view is amazing but i would not recommend it for winter vacation. For summer is perfect.

Totul a fost perfect. Apartamentul este mare, 2 dormitoare cu baie proprie, bucătăria echipată cu tot ce ai nevoie, curățenie peste tot. Gazda foarte drăguță și prietenoasă. Mulțumim pentru tot. Vom reveni cu drag.

Meest fantastisch uitzicht op de mooie bergen, heerlijke tuin om te zitten, heerlijk rustige omgeving. Ontzettend lieve eigenaren, die ook direct actie ondernemen als er zich een 'probleem' voordoet door t direct op te lossen.

Eigenlijk geen, maar als ik echt iets noemen moet, was t dat de locatie op een berg stond, en daardoor t best lastig was voor mijn moeder (80 jaar en erg slecht ter been) zelfstandig van parkeerplek naar appartement te lopen. Maar met hulp was dit geen probleem. Al met al een heerlijke tijd gehad en hoop er zeker nog een keer terug te gaan!!

Spędziliśmy w Panoramohof Holly 15 nocy. To miejsce jest absolutnie fantastyczne. Położone ponad doliną Moll, oferuje wspaniałe widoki z okien, tarasu i ogrodu. Właściwie to mieszka się w winnicy, a gospodarz z dumą oprowadza po swojej posiadłości i prezentuje piwniczki. Gospodarze bardzo sympatyczni, stwarzają rodzinną atmosferę, angażują dzieci i pozwalają uczestniczyć im w gospodarskich obowiązkach, chętnie też rozmawiają na różne tematy. Czuliśmy się jak w domu. Sam obiekt jest przestronny, nie brakuje w nim miejsca do zabawy, odpoczynku i przygotowania posiłków. Panuje wzorowa czystość. W kuchni jest wystarczająca ilość naczyń do przygotowania posiłków w domu. Położenie obiektu jest korzystne, wokół jest dużo pięknych miejsc, które można odwiedzać - wspaniałe góry, kolejki, wyciągi, kaniony, rafting. A dla dzieciaków jeden z lepszych bezpłatnych placów zabaw Motorikpark, w którym mogą spędzać długie godziny nie nudząc się. To był idealny wybór na nasze wakacje.

úzká příjezdová cesta, naštěstí byla cesta suchá, ale na sněhu by bylo vhodné auto s pohonem 4x4 v kuchyni bych doplnil naběračku na polévku
