Very nice renovated and higher category hotel in NIIGATA, with relatively large rooms, and tastefully decorated lobby and restaurant. The location is excellent to visit NIIGATA in the historical older part of town. Many restaurants and sites of interest within 30 min walking distance, perfect for those that rather walk about to discover while traveling. Very nice self contained modern bathroom units by Toto in the rooms, super cool.Great view of the town from our room on the 8th floor. Very convenient parking next door at a reasonable rate.
The room had too much furniture for its size (+20m²), less is more, it was very hard to go around the bed even though the room wasn't small. The bed was extra firm and uncomfortable; we like a firmer bed, but this one was rock solid.
