Es ist eine Gästehaus und darauf angewiesen, dass ein jeder sich rücksichtsvoll verhält, was schon beim vorsichtigen Schließen der Eingangstür spät abends anfängt. Leider haben sich nicht alle Gäste danach gerichtet

Booked a family suite, but was not given that. - No toiletries provided (not even soap to was hands), despite advertised - Wifi was very poor - Absolutely no sound-proofing. You may as well share the room with the people above you - A single sheet provided on bed. Usually, there will be a blanket in the cupboard, but there was nothing - Room not cleaned well. Clean your mirrors for Christ's sake - No kitchenette (with sink and microwave) as advertised. Not even a kettle was provided. - Balcony was shared, unlike advertised, and was cluttered with an assortment of objects and furniture. It was also flooded with water. In short, I assume they overbooked, and gave me a room different to the one I booked. Owner's children (teenagers) apologised (of course no money was returned), but there seems to be this trend of just about anyone and everyone turning their home into a guesthouse, but not providing what they are advertising. I actually feel confident saying it was the worst place I stayed in in Georgia. I do not understand the good reviews...there must be better rooms upstairs.
