Hong Ky Boutique Hotel

Very well located small and simple hotel on a beautiful street. The city center and the big market are 5 min. walk away. The room was spacious and airy with large windows. Nothing luxurious but everything was there to rest after a long journey in Laos. The host was available when needed. Helped to order a taxi early in the morning. Dien Bien is a very nice and beautiful city where it is worth staying longer than just 1 night. The people in this city are exceptionally friendly and kind!

The price-quality ratio is very good. Only a small refrigerator would have been good. And in the room there were tiny ants that had probably made a nest in the air conditioner. But they only stayed there and there were no ants in the room or in the bed. The water pressure could have been better.

Great location, clean room.

The location is OK. The attitude of the owner is fine & supportive when I intended to cancel the booking before I arrive, but I could not do on the booking system, he also tried but could not either.

Parking is on the street, in front of other private houses, feeling guilty when these owners open the doors and see your car. room & bathroom are small, seems that they are smaller than what you have seen on the photos. TV is small. Ventilation fan in bathroom did not work. There is no lift, you have to bring your luggage to the 4th floor & above.
