Everything. The farmhouse has been beautifully restored, even better than the photos. No expense has been spared - great kitchen and bathrooms - all beautiful. The location is perfect for walking to the village for sightseeing and restaurants and bars. We did the short local walk - more challenging than we expected but well worth it ! Also visited. Local area by car. Diane provided amazing breakfast food - so much we had to ask her to stop after 3 days! The local bread delivery every morning was super!

The house was pretty spacious and comfortable. It was nice to wake up to the sound of the chickens in the morning and see the goats running in the garden outside. The breakfast was simple but delicious.
The only negative point was that the GPS would not take us to the property, which was resolved by the owner coming to pick us up at the espigueiros location and directing us to the property.

Great location within walking distance of everything in Soajo, yet peaceful and quiet. Loved being surrounded by all the plants and flowers, watching the sheep graze in front of the home, and the incredible renovation of this property. The amount and quality of food provided for breakfast was amazing and having fresh bread delivered every morning is such a treat!
Dampness in some of the rooms was a bit unpleasant, albeit expected in a property of this type. Would love to have had some screened windows, as flies were prevalent and kept us from enjoying fresh air inside.
