Encontrámos gavetas e armários ocupados com materiais que poderiam estar em outro local deixando espaço para arrumação de roupas e afins. Quadro elétrico com pouco capacidade e a ir abaixo com regularidade.

Peace and quiet.

Very far away from anything. The property was shared but was advertised as private. There were several safety issues in the property including an non-existent fire extinguisher that was replaced with an umbrella and loose rails on a balcony. The lights dimmed every time you used the shower and there was only one complete bathroom. The hob extractor was very noisy and then it stopped working. Not many kitchen utensils. Loose steps on the stairs. A wardrobe full of paint cans and brushes. Doors that didn’t prevent drafts. Not properly fenced as animals kept coming in, and both flees and ticks found on the property. There pipes in the walls, that we assume was in preparation for central heating, not protected and creating injury hazards, that we had to protect with boxes to prevent getting hurt. The swimming pool drain was broken, and could easily trap and cut a foot. Holiday time interrupted by workman for ground maintenance, without pre warning.
