Great property just very easy and comfortable good facilities great view. Really comfortable for 10 people
The kitchen was missing a few basics. 3 ways to make coffee but no kettle to make tea🤣3 ways to grate cheese but no whisk or potato peeler or even ice trays and would benefit from some sharper knives and a small juicer. Basic cooking stuff would be useful like salt and pepper maybe olive oil given it is an olive farm

It’s an amazing place to stay! Huge villa, lots of space to enjoy the fantastic view. It’s also equipped with everything you need. The host is also super responsive and helpful!

Beautiful location, spacious house. Very good for a group stay. The hosts were communicative and provided good advice about the local area.
The house wasn't as clean as we expected. The road up to the house might not be a comfortable drive for everyone, and the house wasn't really central for exploring the major sites of Tuscany. Getting settled with the heat was a little bit of an issue. There were a LOT of stinkbugs in the house.

De ligging, de verschillende niveaus van zowel huis als tuin, die veel ruimte en privacy boden. De tuin is piekfijn onderhouden en heeft veel mooie plekjes die een fantastisch zicht op de Chianti heuvels bieden. Het huis bestaat uit verschillende niveaus waardoor wij als familie per twee elk een verdiep hadden en aparte badkamers (wij huurden het hele huis, incl. laagst gelegen appartement). De jacuzzi en terras bovenaan de heuvel waren een heerlijke extra!
Niet veel viel tegen want in feite was het huis écht top maar wat het perfect zou maken of wat je moet weten: het huis is niet geschikt voor lange mensen (>1,85m). Het internet/wifi was niet goed, dus als iemand er wil werken is dat niet geschikt. Bedden/matrassen kunnen comfortabeler. En de keuken uitrusting miste enkele goede messen (maar voor de rest absoluut ruim voorzien). Het zwembad tenslotte, is prachtig gelegen, aan een erg mooi terras eromheen, jammer alleen dat het geen vaste constructie is (maar opbouw).
