About this villa rental
Villa Oscar is a pleasant and spacious two-story villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps 12 people. It is approximately 210 square meters (2260 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Loro Ciuffenna, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and the stop for Lazzi bus Arezzo - Loro Ciuffenna line a few meters (feet) away. You will reach Villa Oscar from the parking area along a 20-meters (65-feet) walkway that cuts through the garden and has no stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Oscar you will need a car. You will be able to park it in a fenced covered parking space.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
Garden
The garden is 1500 square meters (16200 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a swing. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a view of the Tuscan hills.
Ground FloorPatio
The patio is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a pleasant view of the swimming pool and of the garden.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are warm and welcoming, and include three sofas, an armchair and a divan bed for one guest. In this room you will find a large satellite television (local channels), a DVD player and a personal computer with broadband Internet connection. The room has four windows with a view of the garden and of the swimming pool.
Kitchen
The kitchen is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a satellite television (local channels). From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden and the swimming pool. The room has two windows with a view of the garden.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The room has a king-size bed (200 cm/79 inches). The room has a window.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is spacious, made of marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The bathroom has a window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
First FloorBedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the swimming pool.
Bedroom 4
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are bright and cheerful. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the hills.
Bedroom 5
You will be able to enter the fifth bedroom from the corridor. It has a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). An additional single trundle bed is available (if requested in advance with an additional cost -- please enquire with our staff) to make it a triple room. The room has a window with a view of the swimming pool and of the hills.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

Very pleasant stay. There were 11 of us with 2 children and we found the villa exactly as described. Everything was spotlessly clean, fully equipped and very spacious kitchen, comfortable living room with adequate space for everyone. Highly recommended!

Our group of seven had a fantastic week at Villa Oscar.
The whole house is set up to make it convenient and comfortable for the guests.
There is a feeling of space and privacy. The surrounding area is extremely attractive and there are a number of good road cycling routes nearby.
The few minor issues were quickly dealt with by the owner who also advised us of local events and generously gave us produce from his garden.
