Wry clean. Every facility you could think of. Don’t normally get a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

The location was excellent. Easy walk to bars and restaurants and the supermarket. The beach was opposite but being made into a beach club. We used the Boka beach club 5 mins walk down the road. It was 15euros for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella if you wanted front line.
The patio was shaded and great for people watching, having a drink and looking at the sea.
Sime and Helga were great hosts and were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean, tidy and better than the photos show. Sime organised a taxi to take us to the airport when we left and let us check out an hour later than check out time.
We did a couple of boat trips whilst there. The Katici from Pine pier was good value. 20 euros if not eating and 35 euros to have food provided. We opted for no food but wished we had eaten as it was a 3 course meal which looked lovely with wine.

We had the most amazing time staying at this wonderful place in Tivat! From the very beginning, our hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive — they went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. It truly felt like staying with friends rather than just accommodation.
The property itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and offers everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The location is perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to enjoy the beauty of Tivat and the surrounding area.
What made this stay so special, however, was the kindness and hospitality of our hosts. They made our trip unforgettable with their genuine care, helpful recommendations, and thoughtful touches.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Montenegro. We will definitely come back! 💙
