Luxury class accommodation in a fascinating city.
The air conditioning allowed us to choose the indoor temperature in each room separately. The pool and courtyard garden had a good mixture of sun and shade and were perfectly maintained. The property owners were really friendly and helpful; always available if needed but never intrusive. The house was spacious and comfortable, well equipped and with beautiful interiors. Pool towels were provided and changed as needed. The location was just a short walk from the centre and waterfront of Split.
I really cannot think of any improvement to suggest.

The property is in excellent condition with high end finishes. well maintained and has everything you need. Located in walking distance to all sights in Split.

Fabulous
The hosts are extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. Communication prior to arrival was excellent and they even cooked us a delicious meal one evening. The house was spotless and comfortable and the pool and outdoor space was immaculate and the shade was lovely.

Fabulous stay in Rex Exclusive
Beautiful oasis in the heart of old Split town, a few minutes walk down to the port. Fabulous hosts who respected our space but were always there with little touches to make our stay the best it possibly could be. Wonderful advice on getting around. Great indoors and outdoors space including fully equipped outdoors kitchen and grill, lovely comfortable beds, luxury taps & lighting etc. Would return in a heartbeat đź’“

Fantastic location and property
Great location. Superbly equipped; outdoor kitchen, BBQ area, pool and seating area were great. Spacious lounge / kitchen and each bedroom had en-suite with robes. Lovely welcome from Ingrid and Peter ( owners), great to be shown where the local supermarket was and the routes into town . The BBQ meal that was cooked by Ingrid and Peter one night was delicious. A lovely relaxing holiday.

Such a beautiful, quiet location yet walking distance to beach, town and restaurant. Perfect!
It's a phenomenal property, a touch of luxury in a very convenient location, it's walking distance to everything. Perfect for a family with everything you need. The pool area was so private and beautifully maintained. Damir, Ingrid and Matteo were perfect hosts - great cooks, and so kind, they were wonderful!
Nothing, I highly recommend it.
