Proprietario molto disponibile, si è assicurato andasse tutto bene; la casa è molto fresca, fornita di tutto l' essenziale, il letto comodo; la posizione, pur non essendo centrale, è quasi equidistante da tutte le attrazioni romane, molto ben collegata ai mezzi pubblici; il quartiere è silenzioso pur essendo vivacemente abitato, ottimi negozi e menzione d'onore al mercato di Testaccio, fantastico per trovare un pasto gustoso ed economico per Roma.
Capisco perfettamente la volontà del proprietario di fornire un servizio in più aggiungendo una lavatrice, ma in quella posizione davanti al lavello è molto scomoda e rende complicato lavare le stoviglie.

L'emplacement autour du logement, le logement, le fait de pouvoir aller au centre à pieds pour visiter. Le logement est nickel, propre, avec toutes les commodités pour vivre comme à la maison (placards, bureau, chaises, crochets salle de bains, etc...) petits trucs mais très important. Le lit parfait dans une belle chambre. Enfin j'ai tout apprécié, je reviendrai.

El departamento esta equipado con todo lo que necesitas para tu estadia, desde cafe hasta microondas y lavarropas. La ubicacion es excelente para visitar Roma, esta muy bien comunicado con el medio de transporte público. El anfitrión deja todas las indicaciones que necesitas para tu estadia. A dos cuadras hay un supermecado. Sin duda volveriamos.
Es importante siempre mantener las ventanas abiertas para la ventilacion de aire. Nosotras fuimos en primavera asique no fue un problema. Por la noche se puede escuchar mucho a los vecinos hablando y pasando por los pasillos hasta las 12 de la noche. Si quieres descansar es un problema irte a dormir temprano. En la ducha habia un poco de moho.
