Найбільша перевага - місце розташування. Будинок знаходиться дійсно близько до набережної, що має значення, тому що Єлса розташована на горах, і кожна наступна вулиця вище попередньої. Дорога в місті вузька, з різкими поворотами, по ній іноді зашвидко іздять машини. і маршрут до моря не виглядатиме приємною прогулянкою, повірте) тому ми дуже раділи, що обрали цей варіант житла, особливо враховуючи вартість. У нас була одна невелика кімната і балкон, з окремим санвузлом. В кімнаті є щось типу чайника, посуд, холодильник. Все в номері зовсім не нове, але це було зрозуміло із фото, тому нас не турбувало. Господарі привітні і готові допомогти, постіль була чиста, рушники також. Тут приймають з тваринами, за нашого пса ми мали доплатити 5 євро за день.
Із недоліків - дійсно поганий інтернет. Він постійно відключався, що не давало можливості мені працювати(( Також зазначу окрему оплату за користуванням кондиціонером. Такого ми не зустрічали ніколи раніше, подорожуючи світом. Нажаль, я неуважно прочитала умови при бронювання, це дійсно було зазначено. Тож ми мали доплатити 5 євро на день. Дуже тонкі стіни, і гості, що не стримують себе в гучності до самої ночі. Але таке може бути будь де, на гостей вплинути важко) Парковка лише на два місця, і коли приїхали треті гості, вони просто зайняли наше місце, нам довелося ставати аби як(.
