Ruim appartement, aan de buitenkant ziet het er wat verouderd uit, maar binnen waren we positief verrast door de ruimte en inrichting. Vlakbij het meer en een privé tuin. In de garagebox kon onze Skoda Superb station net staan. Met wat goede stuurkunsten konden we de auto mooi daar veilig parkeren. Een aanrader omdat aan de weg parkeren niet zo makkelijk is.
Zoals in de andere reviews te lezen: het appartement op de 1e verdieping ligt aan een drukke doorgaande weg. Wij hebben ons niet zo gestoord aan het geluid en hebben oudere kinderen zodat de weg oversteken geen probleem is. Maar wel goed om rekening mee te houden als je jonge kinderen hebt. De privétuin zou wat onderhoud kunnen gebruiken en het trapje om het meer in te gaan is niet zo handig. Let hier ook op als je kleine kinderen hebt of wat slechter ter been bent.

Die Lage direkt am See ist wunderschön. Beim Lesen im Sessel immer den See im Blick, einfach toll. Super leckeres Restaurant, Bäcker und kleiner Laden, alles da. Der Garten mit ausreichend Stühlen und der kleine Strand, wunderbar zum Schwimmen jederzeit.
Der Garten hätte etwas gepflegter sein können, eine richtige Treppe zum See wäre super, über die Leiter konnte der Hund nicht mit ans Wasser.

Tolle Lage direkt am See , toller Ausblick .Eine Bäckerei in 3 min Fußweg mit leckeren Gebäck . Ein Restaurant gibt es auch . Wohnung sehr kühl auch an sehr heißen Tagen
Sehr viel Verkehr und daher sehr laut , leider auch Nachts .Zugang zum See nur über zugewachsene Leiter Leiter direkt an der Mauer .

Die stark befahrene Straße zwischen dem Haus und dem Garten. Der Zugang zum See nur über eine alte Leiter.
