Our overall experience was exceptional — a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality that made our stay

Beautiful property — very clean, homey and just a 5-minute drive to the beach (also walkable). The location is central. Tinka is a fantastic host — warm, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. She went above and beyond by giving us a quick tour of the area, pointing out the best restaurants, grocery stores, and even arranging freshly baked croissants delivered to our doorstep each morning.

Wonderful stay. Amazing host and lovely views of the beautiful bay

The apartment was so comfortable and lovely to stay in. It has gorgeous views and a lovely garden too. The host was amazing and gave us a little tour and lots of tips and advice. The walk up the hill from the beach wasn’t as bad as I thought and the beach area is just brilliant as there is so much to do and some nice shady spots too. Of course our kids had a great time - especially in the jacuzzi.

Minor thing but asking for the deposit upon arriving as cash (euros) was inconvenient because we were then handed back a whole load of euros in cash on the last day just hours before we went to the airport to fly back to the UK - and so we ended up back in London with Euros that we had to exchange at cost. If the deposit could be done by credit card it would be a lot better.

A Great Stay

The apartment was spotless &everything we needed with a good size terrace. Tinka was the perfect host providing croissants every morning for breakfast.

The beach is 5 minute walk downhill but if you struggle with steps it takes longer to get back up the hill.You also need to cross a busy road to get to it. A small point but providing ice for drinks would be great as the supermarkets don’t sell it.

Cozy place equipped with everything. Exquisite owners.

Nicely put together with care to detail. Owners are so nice and welcoming and kind.

Only downside was the main road that you need to cross to get to the stairs. With two young kids it is a bit stressful but everything else was perfect.

The vacation was truly enjoyable and excellent

The host was fantastic and made my experience even more enjoyable. They were attentive, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or needs I had. Their warm hospitality made me feel welcomed and cared for throughout my stay.

Super apartment with the most amazing hosts.

Fantastic, well equipped apartment with a beautiful terrace and stunning views. Tina and Milan are the perfect hosts, following welcome drinks Milan took us on a tour of the village, recommending restaurants and then to the local supermarket; as we didn’t have a car this was such a good start to our holiday. We left feeling like we had made new friends.

Fantastic hosts, wonderful views and a perfect location for exploring the Dubrovnik area.

The apartment is very clean,spacious and comfortable with air conditioning, comfortable beds, kitchen facilities, a balcony and a jacuzzi. Milan and Tinka are really helpful hosts who will go out of their way to make your stay a good one. Tinka made my son birthday cake, which was very much appreciated. They will organise trips out and a taxi from the airport. We stayed for a week and did not need to hire a car. Milan's son took us to the big supermarket on our first day and there is a small supermarket and bread shops within walking distance. The sea front is a 5-10 minute walk down some steps where you can get taxi boats to Cavtat and Dubrovnik. Mlini is a small place with restaurants and water sports activities. It is also possible to walk around to the next village. We had two lovely days out with Milan on his boat where he took us to some good swimming spots and told us all about the area. My son loved all the references to game of Thrones. I would thoroughly recommend a week in Mlini at the Casa Milolaza for a restful and interesting time.

Everything was fine for us although anyone with disabilities would find the steps do the sea front and crossing the road a challenge.

Fabulous place and hosts

Well appointed, spacious and a good location just out of Dubrovnik. Easy to visit nearby attractions on the ferry. Good restaurants on seafront a short walk down the stairs. Good exercise after dinner. Wonderful hosts who really look after their guests. Love this place and the spectacular view from the jacuzzi!

Nothing we didn’t like, only downside is no washing machine but a laundry service is available if needed.

Fabulous base for a weekend.

Fantastic host, really friendly and helpful, she drove us around the village so we could find everything we needed. Beautiful view and really easy to get into Dubrovnik by boat or bus. One of the best weekends we have had.

Jeśli Chorwacja to tylko z Nimi. Tinka i Milan byli fantastycznymi gospodarzami. Czysto, schludnie… nic dodać, nic ująć… Ps. a te cieplutkie croissanty, pysznie potrafiły umilić poranek ;)

Ein schöner Urlaub mit vielen besonderen Momenten

Wir hatten im Vorfeld schon sehr netten Kontakt mit Tinka und Milan. Bei der Ankunft hat uns Tinka begrüßt und nach einem kurzen Willkommensdrink die Gegend mit ihrem Auto gezeigt. Tinka und Milan sind sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Problem mit unserem Auto. Sie haben uns geholfen, dass es schnell repariert werden konnte. Auch für die Tipps bzgl. Ausflugsziele waren wir Ihnen sehr dankbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Eine kleine Erstausstattung an Getränken war bereits im Kühlschrank vorhanden. Die Zimmer konnten durch Rolläden abgedunkelt werden. Die Ausstattung der Terasse und der Blick auf das Meer waren superschön. Es war unser Lieblingsort während des Urlaubes. Parkplätze sind auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Man fährt durch ein elektrisches Tor die Auffahrt zum Haus hinauf (Breite ca. 2,20m), um dann in einer Art Parknische zu parken. Wir haben ein großes Auto. Das Ausparken hat gut funktioniert. Auf dem Grundstück sind auch Katzen und ein lieber Hund, der schon etwas älter ist. Jeden Morgen gab es tatsächlich die schon oft beschriebenen Croissants. Der Bäcker ist nur 2 min zu Fuß entfernt. Wir können den Strand Mlini empfehlen. Kristallklares, in verschiedenen Farben schimmerndes Wasser. Dafür muss man nur ca. 130 Treppenstufen zurücklegen. An das Treppensteigen muss man sich während des Aufenthaltes gewöhnen, da man sonst nicht an den Hafen/Promenade/Strand kommt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei den beiden sehr genossen.

Wir haben die Hauptstraße etwas unterschätzt. Sie ist sehr stark befahren, so dass der Geräuschpegel schon erhöht ist. Wir haben ihn mit der Zeit ausgeblendet, wenn wir auf der Terasse saßen. Nachts mit geschlossenem Fenster haben wir nichts gehört. Mit Kindern muss man beim Überqueren der Straße tatsächlich sehr aufpassen, da die Autos sich nicht an die 40km/h halten.

No cóż, ujmę to tak: To była Bajka :) Jeszcze nigdzie nie spotkałem tak wyjątkowych gospodarzy, Tinka pozdrawiamy raz jeszcze . Bardzo wysoki standard oraz udogodnienia, lokalizacja przepiękna. Góry i morze w zasięgu wzroku. Jeśli lubisz odpocząć to nawet nie trzeba się specjalnie ruszać z miejsca. Jeżeli jednak chcesz coś zobaczyć to jest blisko do wszelakich atrakcji, plaża, plac zabaw dla dzieci (byłem z rodziną), rejsy statkami, kajaki itp. No i oczywiście Dubrovnik który warto zobaczyć. PS z lotniska lepiej wziąć Ubera, taxi wychodzi 2x drożej.

Paradijs.

Een compleet en luxueus appartement op een zeer goede locatie. Appartement heeft een prachtige view, zelfs vanuit de Jacuzzi. Alles is onder handbereik, loopafstand. Supermarkt, bakker, strandjes en goede restaurants. Dat de gastvrouw en heer Nederlandse roots hebben en Nederlands spreken, is een groot voordeel. We werden keurig (tegen betaling) opgehaald en weggebracht van en naar het vliegveld. De gastheer Milan is reeds lang reisleider en kan veel over de omgeving vertellen en nuttige tips geven. Kan deze locatie iedereen aanbevelen! Een van de betere vakanties voor ons.
