Quiet neighborhood a bit away from the center.

The room is big and clean. There's AC

Western toilet. Shower. Clean.

Owners were friendly and helpful.
KITCHEN/MEALS
Bread and jam available for breakfast. Water refill.

Motorbike rental (with helmets) for 80K for 24 hours
NOISE
Lots of noise from other guests in the courtyard.
Neighbors were burning something in their yard and it was smoky and smelly.

Location was perfect. We had a very late check In but it was smooth. we can hire the bike in rental. Although night shift staff didnot have a good English, but he tried his best communicating with us via google translator.
The kind lady I met in the afternoon was very good communicator.
I liked the ambience, colour, open kitchen, green trees.
