Villa Sun Village Byala

Met all of our expectations. Adequately sized bedrooms with wardrobes to put our stuff in, large living room for spending time together. Washing machine was useful with children. Well equipped kitchen (hint: if you're looking for cups or a corkscrew, there are hidden inner drawers inside the drawers :-)) with a dish washer. Air conditioning in almost every room (one bedroom does not have it but it's adjacent to other bedroom and leaving the door open between those two resolved it). Three bathrooms, a spacious terrace and a balcony, clothes drying rack, etc. etc. Kids tremendously enjoyed the shared pool and the shared community area with table football. We sometimes even got problems getting them to the beach :-) The caretaker living at the site was friendly and helpful.

A bit of smell in the living room (the lowest floor) but it did not bother us too much. Parking on the slope required good driving skills (but hey, it's parking just next to the house, I'm not complaining!).

The property manager was super friendly, helpful & took care of all requests that we had in a short time. There were some little hiccups upon arrival but things were sorted out on the next day to our satisfaction. The parking situation on the property is not ideal as the parking spaces are rather small but the manager arranged for two spaces and one car was outside, yet as it is a quiet neighbourhood, finding a parking spot was not a problem. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay, the beach in walking distance is alright, a bit steep to get there but otherwise clean and good. Really nice beaches are in a short driving distance (20-30 min). Our villa was clean, housing standards are typical for Bulgaria - ok, but not amazing! The shared part of the property was well maintained, the pool was clean & never too busy!

The beds are partially squeaky and not the most comfortable & the drains in the showers are poor, they have to be cleaned every other day!

We hve been here in 8 people (two families) the hous was huge (3 floors) terrace at each floor and also at the groundfloor. Three spacious bathrooms (wc included). 10 minutes walk to the beach, but there is a steep hill on the way. Grocery is about 15 minutes (walk) or 2 minutes by car. We recomend restaurant Panorama, which is about 300 meters from the house.
