Bei der Residenza Silvana fühlt man sich schon vor der Anreise bestens informiert und betreut. Loredana hat uns per WhatsApp vorab schon Bilder und Videos geschickt mit allen möglichen hilfreichen Informationen. Bei Ankunft konnten wir den Schlüssel einfach in der Schlüsselbox holen und dort bei Abreise auch wieder abgeben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und umfangreich eingerichtet. Das Schlafsofa ist sehr einfach auszuklappen und bietet genügend Platz, dass zwei Personen bequem dort schlafen können. Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch, sehr ruhig mit Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür aber dennoch ist der See mit Strand oder Cafes, Restaurants etc. alles schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Während unseres Aufenthalts war Loredana jederzeit erreichbar und hat immer sehr schnell und freundlich alle Fragen beantwortet und Tipps gegeben.
Privater Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür ist natürlich sehr praktisch. Das Einzige, was an "Negativem" zu erwähnen wäre (wie viele auch bereits geschrieben haben): mit einem größeren Auto ist es tatsächlich recht schwer den Parkplatz zu verlassen. Ohne eine Person, die mindestens schaut, dass der Weg frei ist (enge, nicht einsehbare Kurve direkt beim Tor) und wo wie viel Platz ist, wäre es mit unserem Kombi schon schwierig geworden. Allerdings gibt es hier nichts, was man besser machen könnte. Loredana hat uns sogar vorab verschiedene Videos geschickt, wie man das mit dem Ausfahren am Besten schaffen kann!

Nous étions une famille avec 2 jeunes enfants et l’appartement était parfait : - une propreté irréprochable - un équipement complet, rien ne manque (il y a même des petits escabeaux pour les enfants) - une literie exceptionnelle (même le canapé convertible est de qualité) - une terrasse sans vis à vis, très agréable - un parking privé - résidence sécurisée totalement fermée - un emplacement idéal : au calme mais moins de 5 min de restaurants et de la plage - une communication parfaite (l’hôte parle très bien le français et elle est d’une extrême gentillesse) - proche des supermarchés (13 min à pieds, 4 en voiture)
Je regrette de n’avoir passé que 3 nuits car l’endroit était ressourçant, paisible et chaleureux

Super Lage! Man ist super schnell am Strand. Ganz nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin! In der Whg. ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Das Auto steht auf einem umzäunten Parkplatz. Auf der Terrasse konnte man das SUP beruhigt stehen lassen. Sehr großer Kühlschrank und TK-Fach.
