Only the location

Dirty, minimum facilities (not even water glasses), bad mattress, lights not working, faulty plugs (as in dangerous with internal cables hanging outside of the wall- an electrocution waiting to happen). It’s a shame as the owner/manager could upgrade this and make livable with a couple of thousand € and some TLC

The apartment is dated with no duvet coverings it needs painting and attention a little TLC would move this up to a 9

Do not waste your money staying here. Hotels work out the same money but better standard

It is within walking distance of everything which is really handy. It had a washing machine. It had complimentary Wi-Fi.

Everything else really. Not as described, bare electrics, toilet not fixed to floor, broken mirror, broken blinds, someone else’s washing left on balcony. Scratchy towels, poor bedding, no sink plug, ant infestation in the kitchen cupboards and much much more. The view is different from that advertised. The trek from the car parking to the apartment was epic. Over 300yards walk, 6 flights of steps to get out of the car park, two further big flights of steps to the street level and then two lifts that are not big enough for the guests and the luggage so have to do multi trips. This place is just awful and would never ever ever return here or recommend this to anyone.

Host Olga let us to check in 30 mins earlier when we were waiting when it was very hot in Monaco. Location is good to Monte carlo casino, there is kitchen so u can cook. Overall good. Self checkout

not as described - although good location

great location. air conditioning worked (but was noisy). wifi was good. check-in was easy. bath towels and bathroom heating rack were nice. lobby and elevators felt secure.

there were NOT two futons as advertised - just one small futon which was too small for unrelated people to share. no glasses except some tiny shot-sized glasses which did not work for wine, beer, or juice. missing light bulbs in bathroom fixture. tub surround was totally missing a panel. the photos show seating on the balcony and in the kitchen - well the photographer moved the furniture for the photos and there was not adequate seating in either location unless you moved the furniture. there was still laundry drying on the rack outside that we had to fold to use the rack. shutters on "bedroom" window were inoperable. curtain panels were mismatched. view from the balcony was NOT of the marina. needs a new shower curtain. if they'd put a little money into this place, it could be a real gem but it seems to be a cash cow right now.

NICE Value for money, good location, big apartment

bathroom feel kind of old, then they do not tell you that you cannot get there by car to check in because there is no place to drop off luggage. We had to stop the car on the sidewall, and got a ticket. How hard it was to tell us "park your car and then come here with luggage on foot?" Oh but they got in touch to know at what time we would arrive...

good budget place to stay across the road from Monaco, very spacious and friendly staff

location was good, central, quiet, very large and spacious, staff very friendly, easy to contact and meet at premises, and show to the room

lift system was very odd, use 1 lift to 2nd floor and walk to other end of building and use another lift.. was a strange smell in close area (inside the flat was clean smelling though, only close that was bad), the place in general is a bit dated and slightly dirty, in general well kept and clean though, double bed was lined with 2x single sheets and covers, very uncomfortable to share as anyone can imagine, there was an extra spare bed in living room, we didn’t choose to use, but would’ve solved the problem if you don’t like cuddling… we also thought we were staying in Monaco, to find out on arrival, it is actually across the road, in France, we found this quite funny, but we wanted to stay in Monaco, which is literally across the road lol.. it was okay

Better than I anticipated, it’s fine to stay here for 1-2 nights maximum, great if you plan to sleep and shower in the apartment only. I like that it was clean and spacious. Walking distance to the main attractions. Host was friendly once I managed to contact her for the keys. WiFi is fantastic and AC worked well too.

Bed is not comfortable, but for the low price I didn’t expect much.

Outsite rollerblind didnt work, toilet board not fasten, curtain can’t cover the whole window in the living room, some tiles on the bathtub taken off and lay on the floor. Too much mess for a very high rentcost! Wrong address informed and it is not in Monaco as stated in the ad!!!

When booking I specified my wife was in a wheelchair. The elevator is so small I had to lift my wife to go up and down. Very unpleasant. The store in the living room do not close and there are not a single glass... No cable either. Besides all went pretty well.

Estoy muy contenta de haber encontrado este lugar muy acogedor con todos los servicios necesarios y sobre todo una ubicación perfecta a pocos minutos de los sitios turísticos y sobre todo la anfitriona super amable genial. Mi hijo y yo estamos satisfechos os recomiendo mucho y está a pocos minutos de la estación, se puede visitar a pie todos los lugares
