Riad Kaya

Riad Kaya was in a fabulous location in the old Medina. The rooms exquisitely decorated. The staff exceptional.

I would recommend anyone to stay here! The property is very well located and beautifully maintained by a brilliant team, from housekeeping and the kitchen to everyone else who works at the riad. The atmosphere at the riad was great, but what really made our stay special was the staff, especially Aimed, Anwar, Abdul and Ibrahim. They all went above and beyond to make sure our stay went smoothly and treated us more like personal guests than just another customer. Their hospitality really made the experience memorable. If you do stay here, we would definitely recommend taking the time to get to know the staff and have a chat with them. They are genuinely lovely people and made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. It added so much to the whole experience and is one of the things we will remember most about our time in Marrakech!

No complaints

We just had the most incredible three nights at this hotel. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were taken care of- all staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. When we arrived we were met and walked from the taxi and again when we had to leave early for a bus, they again walked us as well as providing a takeaway breakfast for the journey. Each morning, the breakfasts were delicious and our room was stunning. We came in August so the pool area was such a gift after the head of the day. After the chaos and busyness of Marrakesh, it felt like absolute bliss coming back to the calm of the hotel each day. I will be recommending this hotel to anyone coming to stay in Marrakesh and I will definitely come back and stay here when we return. The hotel reminded me why it is that I love Morocco so much.

The first room was acceptable and reasonably priced

We asked to extend our stay for an additional night as we liked our room but we were told that we would have to move to a different room and for the same price. We accepted because we did not want to carry our things to a different location and we were expecting the same standard of room for the same price. we left our bags with the hotel and came back in the afternoon to our new Disappointing room! very little privacy and the shower and faucet did not work properly. We left that place feeling like we were conned. I would never stay here again!
