The staff was wonderful! We felt so taken care of and everyone was so kind! Abdel in particular was amazing and went out of his way to make our trip feel special!
Wish we could have checked in earlier

The first room was acceptable and reasonably priced
We asked to extend our stay for an additional night as we liked our room but we were told that we would have to move to a different room and for the same price. We accepted because we did not want to carry our things to a different location and we were expecting the same standard of room for the same price. we left our bags with the hotel and came back in the afternoon to our new Disappointing room! very little privacy and the shower and faucet did not work properly. We left that place feeling like we were conned. I would never stay here again!
