What a gorgeous property and home! Not too far from Esposende, in a lovely village. The host, Manuel, could not have been more accommodating, assisting us with transport, calling cabs, finding us a wonderful restaurant in the village with an expansive selection of wines. We had had a long day walking the Camino, and he ordered ahead for us so that our amazing meal was ready when he dropped us at the restaurant. We woke to the crow of the rooster, enjoyed parsimmons from the home’s orchard, had hot showers with great water pressure, and could not have had a better stay! Oh yeah, we had a port tasting before crashing!
