Hotel molto ben tenuto, nuovo e ben pulito. Camere spaziose con "air conditioning". I gerenti Fam. Zhupa sono stati molto gentili e disponibili con noi. Ottima e abbondante colazione. Stabilimento a soli 3 minuti a piedi dalle spiaggie di Ksamil!

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.
Pulito e confortevole, stanza spaziosa e con tutti i confort.
L'hotel si trova nella zona centrale, raggiungibile tutto a piedi. Sono vicini anche gli Exchange per il cambio denaro.
Nonostante ciò, però, è lontana dai rumori del turismo e dei locali, quindi si riesce a dormire tranquillamente e a vivere una vacanza di RELAX.
Colazione ottima, l'unico difetto è che offre solo caffè americano, e non c'è espresso italiano.

Het was voordelig.
Gastvrouw praat veel, vooral over zichzelf en de lastige gasten. Onze kamer had ze aan een ander “veeleisend” echtpaar geven. Service niveau laag (wel kopjes geen koffie of thee faciliteiten, geen flesje water in de koelkast, bedden bleven onopgemaakt). Geen hart en ziel in alles, onbekend met enige hospitality. Ontbijt zeer matig. Betaling alleen contant.
