Zimmer und Apartment Rosi

I must admit I have very mixed feelings about this stay. From one side positives: the apartment is really big and spacious. At first glance it has everything what you need: 2 big quite comfortable double beds, pretty dining room and sofas, equipped kitchen, clean bathroom. It is devided into two closable areas, upstairs, above the rest of the house. The owner - Rosi - is a very helpful and social person, with also good communication before arrival. She also generously offered us some free cake in the evening, eggs and bread rolls on the morning. The house is surrounded by small garden, easy to find, next to the bike route.

On the other hand - maybe we had some bad luck - but many things did not work as they should, and none of these were mentioned to us at first. The oven in our kitchenette - non working (we had to use the downstairs kitchen) . Therefore no possibility to boil water for tea in our apartment first evening (again we used downstairs kitchen and next day we got an electric kettle). The washing machine mentioned on booking.com - out of order (explained later by the owner that it was broken by previous guests). TV - we were not able to switch it on (but maybe if we ask for help that would be solved, we just did not want to disturb owners as Rosi mentioned she goes to bed early that day). Some small details need fixing (for example broken hanger in the bathroom and some other similar) , there are only few utensils in the kitchenette. There is no any roofed or closable space for the bikes. Also there was no promised wine bottle in the room (but we have not mentioned this to the owners, it already was some mess with washing machine and oven so we did not want to create nervous atmosphere). In the morning it was quite noisy from around 6:30 as owners were preparing breakfast in the downstairs kitchen which is an open one and their voices were well heard upstairs. At the end there was a problem that tourist tax requested by Rosi was twice higher than mentioned in booking.com (she explained she has problem to contact booking.com so that they correct it). Finally we paid the smaller amount but It created very unwelcoming atmosphere.

Preis Leistung stimmt. Die Erwartung für den Preis würde mega getroffen

Mysigt litet boende på landet, trevligt mottagande av värdinnan som endast talar tyska. Personligt anpassad frukost efter våra önskemål. Som att bo hemma hos en äldre släkting. Väldigt autentiskt! Känns som det äkta Tyskland :)

Endast frottéskydd i sängarna istället för lakan att ligga på. Kanske är det så i Tyskland men något ovant för oss.
