Well-kept, comfortable vacation home with a sauna, patio and large living area

Built in the Danish vacation home style, the house offers plenty of space (90 square meters) and is equipped to accommodate 6 (up to 8) people. The house sits on a large lot with its own parking space and features a partially covered patio. In addition to electric floor heating, a new wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere and helps save on energy costs. The living area features a flat-screen TV and a stereo system; the kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, and refrigerator. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed; on the upper floor, in the loft area, there is a double bed as well as a room with two single beds. On the first floor, you can relax wonderfully in the sauna.

Electricity is billed based on usage at current rates.

Amenities at the vacation park and in the surrounding area: The vacation park features a small supermarket, a pizzeria, playgrounds, a horseback riding center, table tennis tables, and much more. The laundromat offers washing, drying, and ironing services for a fee. In Mirow, you’ll find supermarkets from all the major chains.


We rent our house on a weekly basis only, from Saturday to Saturday.
In addition to the rental price:
Final cleaning: 40.00 euros
Electricity based on usage: 0.40 euros per kWh
Tourist tax per adult per night: 1.00 euro (April 1 – October 31)
Bed linens (if used):
5.00 euros per set
