Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Especially the lady at the front desk whom I unfortunately forgot to get her name. Everything from the food to the pool to the room was exceptional. The hotel is also surrounded by coffee shops and marts. Ubers would usually arrive within a minute or two of ordering them.

Excellent room: Great view from our allocated room on 18th floor.
Comfortable and clean beds.
The room gives a luxury feel.
Great for kids with indoor and outdoor swimming pool.
Staff was helpful and friendly.
Excellent breakfast.
Located right at Maltepe M4 metro line, SAW airport and city are easily accesible.
Hotel needs to take maintenance protocols bit seriously.
On first day the power failed for about 15 mins while were were in club area leaving it complete dark.
On second day our family was stuck in the elevators on 14th floor.
No response for almost 5 minutes after we kept pressing alarm button.
Thankfully someone came quickly but please announce on speaker that someone is on the way.
Reception wasn't even aware of the situtaion when I left this feedback.

The staff at the elements restaurant and bar were excellent. Food was great.
No windows, no fan, no AC. The management control temperature of the hotel rooms and they keep heating ON 24/7 in an enclosed room with no windows, fan or AC. My family felt like we were suffocating. No amount of complaints or requests to turn on AC worked on the hotel staff. Extremely rude, they stopped answering phone calls from my room and dodging. They showed zero compassion towards the guests in the room nearly suffocating and showed zero responsibility towards the guests getting heatstroke in their sleep. Who sleeps with full heating on 24/7. We couldn't sleep AT ALL. Children and adults would wake up multiple times sweating and struggling to breath. I am in a group chat with clinic patients who stay at this hotel, even the doctor and nurses visiting this hell hole hotel rooms commented how hot the rooms are. Zero affect on the staff and management. Extremely rotten behaviour and experience. Only 1 restaurant, no kids clubs as advertised.
