The place is cozy and quiet.. I liked the location as it is handy to services and to the university. It is clean and the staff were very cooperative and friendly..

It was good price performance, big enough room, medium size bathroom, good air conditioner (a/c working properly is really important since it was so hot) amazing view of the lake, really good location close to bus station and Mamaia, as well as the lunapark.
It was very difficult to find the property, we could not figure out where was the entrance at first. The outside of the pension looks dirty and scary, but inside the pension it was quite alright.

The noise, all night , is like you had no door The bathroom, shower had no golder, tilet was moving when used Tabaco smoke in the holway A specific mold smell in the room
