Top Lage, etwas ausserhalb von Tropea aber mit eigenem Strand. Vorsaison, daher noch eher ruhig und angenehm. Die Villa Spagnola wird aus unserer Sicht eher als familiäres B&B denn als Hotel geführt.
Die PP-Situation ist nicht ganz einfach und sehr eng.

Prachtige locatie aan zee. Personeel en uitbaters zijn erg vriendelijk.
Iets meer transparantie op voorhand over de mogelijkheden en prijzen diner. Kamers liggen allemaal dicht bij het onthaal waardoor een middag siësta moeilijk is.

Individuelle Ausstattung des Hauses und die Sauberkeit waren großartig. Das Personal war extrem zuvorkommend und das Abendessen hat unseren Geschmack absolut getroffen. Alles authentisch und liebevoll, vielen Dank!

This was a gem. This little hotel exceeded all our expectations. The service was great, the staff wonderful and the location next to the beach is perfect. If you´re looking for nothing but total peace and harmony this is the place to stay. The private beach is just a staircase away and the whole facility is just magnificent.
The breakfast was simple but great! It's not a buffet, but Anna the chef made lovely food every single day. She makes all the meals from breakfast to dinner. The Frutti di mare was wonderful and is highly recommended (and so is the Tiramisu).
However, it is important to notice that you're better of with a car since its quite a distance to Tropea. By car it takes around 10-15 minutes. We didn´t have a car, but the owner, a very nice man, drove us to the city, which is a service we never expected, but are truly grateful for.
If we ever go to this part of Italy again, we'll be sure to stay here.
This is not a complaint, but I do wish they had a board with the menu so that we could see what to expect for dinner and lunch as it is easier for us who don't speak Italian.
