位置跟相關設備都很棒 也很乾淨 廚房設備很齊全 客廳氣氛也很好
燈光太暗 每個空間燈光都只考量美感 沒有考慮照度 對老花的中高年人很不方便
島上較潮濕 洗衣機如果有烘衣功能會更好
電子鎖很方便 但因為需要上網才能開 但對使用公共網路的觀光客來說 因為島上網速並不穩定 用app開門 有點風險😂

Excellent location, very close to Rialto bridge. Practically in the center of Venice, meaning you are in a 15min walking distance from any Venice district (e.g., San Marco sq, Cannaregio, Train Station, Academia, etc)
Everything was ok. Nothing to complain about.

it’s on second floor and not ideal if you have elderly traveller.
rubbish is not easy accessible for disposal .
