We were in this lower apartment with patio outside. It was really great for kids. Its shadow almost whole day, so we managed also very hot days (35+ °C). Owner friendly.
It was little disturbing walking from beach uphill at very high temperature and with lazy kids. Those 300m seams like 2km...
There is no sea view anymore - trees from neighbor are too high.

We were in the ground floor apartment, which is exactly as it is shown in the pictures. We were satisfied with our choice as we were traveling with small kids and the patio/garden was perfect for them to play. The owners were very kind and helpful. The kitchen had all the utilities we needed and we found it clean.
In the bathroom there was some water liking and the floor was often wet. Internet was pretty weak in our apartment.

Great specious apartment with all you really need for your stay. The best thing was that you can easily sleep without air conditioning, even when there is really hot outside. Also, it has a nice outside terrace area. Still very close to beach and shop. For us it was great stay and we will return again!
