Bardzo pomocny i zaangażowany właściciel. Duży ogród, w nim zacieniony leżaczek pod oliwkami, duży stół na tarasie i dodatkowe stoliki, na których można rozmawiać do nocy. Ogród na własność, można postawić rowery, rozrzucić dmuchańce do pływania. Ogólnie dużo prywatnej przestrzeni w porównaniu z przeciętną kwaterą. W domu zmywarka, pralka, kuchenka indukcyjno-gazowa i mikrofalowa, maszynka do lodu, lodówka, zamrażalnik, 4 sypialnie, salon z dużym stołem do grania w planszówki. Cały dom to 2 mieszkania, jedno na piętrze z mikro kuchnią, 3 sypialniami i 2 łazienkami i drugie na dole z 1 łazienką i główną kuchnią, salonem i jedną małą sypialnią. Do mieszkania na piętrze jest osobne wejście. Ekstra bonus w ogrodzie: kotka, która uwielbia whiskas ;-P
