Dar Besmellah

Welcoming was good and warm, very decent location and terrasse with a beautiful view

It's not dirty but not very clean, location is good but since it's in a popular place expect a lot of noises at night time

I had a wonderful stay at Dar Besmellah and ended up extending my stay for four nights. The accommodation is simple and basic, but very clean, comfortable, and full of artistic character. The bed was comfortable, the mountain view from the window was beautiful, and the fresh air and peaceful atmosphere made it a perfect place to relax. I loved waking up to birds singing and the gentle rhythm of local life. The location is very convenient, right in the heart of the old town, with the main square, cafés, and restaurants all within walking distance. The rooftop offers stunning views of Chefchaouen and the surrounding mountains. It became my favorite place to enjoy food, practice yoga, meditate, write postcards, and watch the sunset unfold over the blue town. The family are artists, and their handmade artwork gives the house a unique and authentic charm. Said, the owner, is a kind and welcoming gentleman, and the whole family made me feel at home with their warmth and generosity. One of my favorite stays in Morocco, and I would happily return.

Not really, It is like a retreat for me

Such a beautiful house, with a amazing Terrasse where you over view the city. Really friendly staff!

My room was unbearable hot(middle of August). No Chance to sleep like that. There was a Fan, bet it didnt help because the room had no Windows.
